Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked, professionally trained, insured, and bonded. They are W-2 employees of Golden Rule — never subcontractors.

What's included in a standard clean?

Top to bottom: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Surfaces dusted and disinfected. We bring our own eco-friendly supplies.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not unless you want to be. Most of our recurring clients give us a key or door code and come home to a clean house. We're fully insured for unattended cleans.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice and there's no fee. Less than 24 hours and there's a small reschedule fee. Life happens — we work with you.

How do you handle issues with a clean?

48-hour reclean guarantee. If something wasn't done to your standard, call us within 48 hours and we'll come back to fix it at no charge.

Where do you service?
